  • 2009 - We put the survey platform through it's paces. On January 8th, we served 20,935 survey pages in one minute. On February 20th, we served over 2 million survey pages. During that period we had 2 database hardware failures, but because of our built in redundancy we did not loss any data and the survey was not affected. Hey - it's hardware - it does that - the point is to be ready!

    • Over the past several years we have had the opportunity to design, implement and host several surveys that required extremely high performance levels. As an outgrowth of our experience we can help companies with

    • Extremely complicated surveys. Quotas, complex algorithms, cascading quotas, piping, suppression, pre-post filtering, looping, branching, reporting.
    • Extremely tight schedules. We have the tools in place to rapidily turn your project around.
    • Projects that can not fail. When it absolutely has to be done and be done right and be done on time, consider us. We have developed a toolset that allows us to put together complicated surveys in a modular fashion. If your project needs it, we can have multiple programmers working on different sections to complete your survey in time.
    • Projects requiring a high performance environment. We have a dedicated survey platform consisting of a webserver farm and a distributed database farm. Your survey load times will not increase because of some other client's surveys. When you work with us - your survey is the only one we are working on. As such, we have a limited number of surveys we can do each month.

    We are not survey designers or researchers. If you need survey design or research assistance - contact us - we can put you in touch with companies that design survey questions. Or we can give you guidance based on our years of survey experience. We take your survey design and implement it. We give you realtime reports as to the number of survey starts and completes. We can give you daily feeds of the survey data. We format the data to meet whatever format you need.
