What to do if one of our app crashes
In order to see what is going on, we need the crash logs. So if you can email the logs to support, then we should be able to make some sense of it.
Getting your crash logs
- Sync your device
- Find the logs on the disk. They will have the name of the app in the filename. Look in
- Mac
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista and Windows 7
[home folder]/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Mobile/[device]
\Documents and Settings\[your_username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\Crash Reporter\Mobile Device\[device]
\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\Mobile Device\[device_name]
After you locate the crash log file email it to support (you know what goes here) cedarcreeksoftware.com.
